Built before broking was trendy. Evolved with strategy at the core.
Loans Australia began in the early 2000s, back when mortgage broking was still in its infancy.
Even then, we could see the cracks in the industry. Borrowers were being handed cookie-cutter loans with little thought to their long-term goals. So while others chased volume, we doubled down on something different: strategy.
Over the years, we’ve helped thousands of Australians unlock their borrowing potential through smart structures, tailored lending pathways, and a deep understanding of how finance interacts with wealth creation.
We’re also one of the few brokerages operating under our own Australian Credit Licence, which means we’re not tied to a single aggregator’s panel. Today, we have access to over 165 lenders across Australia. From the big four banks to specialist and non-bank lenders, giving us the breadth and flexibility to match you with the right solution, not just a convenient one.
